General informations

Arrival time is from 3pm. The apartment must be vacated by 12pm. This allows us to clean the apartment and leave it in the best condition for you.

On arrival, you will be asked to pay for a guest bracelet at a cost of 12,000 COP per person to the administration (administration costs beyond our control).

A one-night deposit must be paid in advance for the reservation to become effective. We will contact you by phone/email.

The apartment is for a maximum of 6 people (with a maximum of 4 adults).

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
